1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the provision of digital services by GME VISION S.R.L., a company registered in Romania:

By using this website or ordering our services you accept these Terms. Specific projects are additionally governed by an individual offer, order confirmation or service contract, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
2. Our services
GME VISION provides digital services including, without limitation:
- design and development of websites, landing pages, online stores and web portals;
- domain registration assistance, hosting setup and administration;
- content management system (CMS) configuration;
- search engine optimization (SEO), analytics and data processing services;
- maintenance, technical support and related information services.
The scope, price and timeline of each project are defined in the applicable package description or individual offer confirmed in writing (including by email).
3. Ordering and payment
- Package prices published on this website are in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT where applicable.
- Work begins after written confirmation of the order and payment of the agreed advance (typically 50%, unless agreed otherwise).
- The remaining balance is due before the website is transferred to the client or made publicly live, unless agreed otherwise.
- Invoices are payable by bank transfer within the term stated on the invoice.
4. Client obligations
- Provide the content, materials and information needed for the project (texts, images, logo, access credentials) in a timely manner.
- Ensure that materials provided to us do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, personal data) — the client is responsible for the content they supply.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed revision rounds.
Delays in providing materials or feedback extend the project timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions and acceptance
- Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description (Starter: 1; Business: 2–3; Pro: as agreed in the project plan).
- A revision round is one consolidated list of change requests within the agreed scope. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
- Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objections are received within 10 business days of delivery, or upon the site going live at the client's request — whichever comes first.
6. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the delivered website, its design and its content created by us for the client, for the operation of their business.
- Third-party components (CMS, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets) remain subject to their own licenses.
- We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Hosting, domains and third-party services
- Domains are registered in the client's name where possible; renewal fees after the included first period are borne by the client.
- Hosting, payment providers, analytics and similar third-party services are subject to the terms of those providers. We configure them on the client's behalf but are not a party to those agreements.
- Maintenance and administration periods included in a package start on the launch date.
8. Warranties and liability
- We deliver services with professional skill and care, in line with good industry practice.
- We correct defects in our work reported during the included maintenance/administration period free of charge.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or issues caused by third-party services, client-made changes, or force majeure.
- Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that project.
9. Cancellation
- The client may cancel a project in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is charged proportionally; the advance covers work already performed and is non-refundable to that extent.
- We may suspend or terminate work if invoices remain unpaid after a written reminder, or if the client requests content that is unlawful.
10. Website use
The content of this website (texts, design, graphics) belongs to GME VISION S.R.L. and may not be copied for commercial purposes without permission. Information on the website is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer; binding terms are set in individual offers and contracts.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; failing that, they are subject to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. Consumers retain any mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform and the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC).
